Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will grant you complete command over your email box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your mailbox accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailboxes against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you want to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
